Delete your CalmCart account

You can permanently delete your CalmCart account and associated data at any time, using either method below. You do not need an account to use the core comparison features of CalmCart.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

1. Open CalmCart and tap More (•••) → Settings.
2. Scroll to the Session section at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)

Email contact@zihnova.com from the email address associated with your CalmCart account with the subject line "Delete my CalmCart account". We will verify your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account identity and email address from our authentication system (Clerk).
• Your synced shopping lists, item notes, and starred products.
• Your push notification device tokens.
