Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they're managed in your store account — not in the app:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CalmMoney → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CalmMoney → Cancel.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account (instant). If you can't access the app, see how to delete your account for the email option and details of what gets removed.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Data → Export Transactions (CSV) — free on every plan, for any space you belong to.
